This Trick Is Working For Both mobile and Pc
Follows These Steps:
For Mobile Phone:
Create New Settings given In Text File.Download Text File From Below Link.
For PC:
Install Mozilla Firefox.Go To Tools>Options>Advanced>Network>Settings
In Settings Put Proxy And Port As Described In Text File.
Connect the Sim Card at The Apn Given in Text File.
Go To Working Homepage.
Download Text File Here

First make sure that If Your Sim Is not Blocked.If It Is blocked then Try The sim Unblocking trick.
Replyor call customer care to send you access point settings.when you got access point setings just edit them only by adding Proxy and Port in it. save and apply it.
sir mera sim bsnlnet pe without proxy ke chal raha hai.

May be You are using GPRS Pack.When there is no gprs pack activated on your Sim,then use bsnlnet host,If it will open on your sim it means your sim is not blocked.

Replysir, mane dusre bsnl sim pe v chake kr k dekha. usme gprs pack nahi hai.
Replybsnl net pe without proxy chal raha hai but balance kat raha hai. bsnllive pe only bsnllive.in khul raha hai. aapka text file wala proxy pe koi v apn pe nahi chal raha. help sir.
Try to use Port as 80.If Still not worked then contact me via contact form.
